Q. What type of warranty do you offer?
A. We warranty materials used and workmanship. We stand behind our products and services.

Q. What type of services do you offer?
A. We are experts at restoring the wood on historic buildings – windows, doors, etc. We also restore wooden furniture.

Q. What products do you use?
A. We use only the finest products available. Pre-catalized lacquers, UV and weather protection finishes for exterior. Mohawk, Sherwin Williams and Sikkens are some of the more regularly used products.

Q. How long does it take?
A. This depends on the amount of work you have for us. We’ve worked for weeks on larger jobs, and have done smaller jobs that only take a couple of days. For furniture, you will usually need to allow 2-4 weeks to fully refinish and cure. Drying times vary due to humidity and should not be rushed.

Q. Is it worth refinishing or restoring instead of replacing?
A. Most doors and furniture are worth restoring and refinishing. Let’s a take a look at yours together and decide. Restoring old furniture and antiques can raise the value of a piece.

Q. Do you work on site or take the furniture to your shop?
A. Both. We offer pick-up and delivery for most furniture pieces. 

Q. Do you refinish floors?
A. No, we do not.
